Oral
Health Quick Reference Cards
The Bright
Futures in Practice: Oral Health Quick Reference Cards highlight
the important points from Bright Futures in
Practice: Oral Health, a guide on current
oral health promotion and disease prevention for children
ages 0-21. The quick reference cards are a concise
and practical tool that can be used when implementing
oral health supervision. The cards include recommended
periodicity and services, trigger questions, risk assessment,
anticipatory guidance, and outcomes in a template for
five developmental periods: prenatal, infancy, early
childhood, middle childhood, and adolescence.
