Development of Well-Child Care: A Bright Futures Curriculum for Pediatric Providers has been funded by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, Health Resources and Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services through the MCH Training Branch.

The curriculum, consisting of 10 modules, is available via 3 options:

  1. As a continuing medical education (CME) course for physicians:
    MedStar Georgetown Medical Center designates this educational activity for a maximum of 5 hours in category 1 credits towards the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. (Read More)
    An accreditation fee of $150 covers awarding CMEs from Georgetown University and a copy of the Well-Child Care Pocket Guide.
  2. As a continuing education (CE) course for nursing professionals:
    Georgetown University School of Nursing and Health Studies designates this educational activity for a maximum of 5 hours in category 1 credits towards the XXX. (Read More)
    An accreditation fee of $100 covers awarding CEs from Georgetown University School of Nursing and Health Studies and a copy of the Well-Child Care Pocket Guide.
  3. As a non-credit course for providers (certificate of completion):
    This option is valuable for all providers working in pediatric settings.
    A processing fee of $25 includes a certificate of completion from Georgetown University and a copy of the Well-Child Care Pocket Guide.
