Bright Futures Family Tip Sheets

Please note that these tip sheets are available online only. Divided into the four developmental stages of childhood, these easy-to-read sheets are designed to help families promote the health and well-being of their children with information on topics such as social development, child care, safety, eating and physical activity.

Although the Bright Futures Family Tip Sheets are copyrighted by NCEMCH, we encourage you to download the tip sheets and make multiple copies for your use and free distribution (i.e., you may not charge for the copies you make).  For information on how to request permission to incorporate content from the Family Tip Sheets into new materials, please read our copyright permission statement.
